- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an 8(a) competitive acquisition. Under the proposed contract, the contractor shall supply all equipment, personnel, and other resources necessary to provide technical photocopy/electrostatic reproduction and microfilm reproduction support services at National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) facilities located in College Park, Maryland and in Washington DC in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a 100% 8(a) set-aside acquisition. The NAICS code and small business size standard are 323114 and 500 (number of employees). This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Prospective offerors shall request a copy of the solicitation from this office not later than June 7, 2007 by contacting the Contracting Officer. Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer not later than COB June 18, 2007. Anticipated period of performance is September 4, 2007 through September 3, 2008 plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposals must be recieved at National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Acquisition Services Division (NAA), ATTN: Donita Hood, 8601 Adelphi Road, Room 3340, College Park, MD 20740-6001 by June 21, 2007, 12:00 p.m. EST.
