Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 19,731 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 17,157 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND 3 PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than July, 2008. Spaces offered on the first floor are preferred. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years with cancellation rights after five (5) years. DELINEATED AREA: Within the proximate area of Williston, VT, further defined as being bound on the: North: Route 2A (Essex Drive) and Sharon Drive East: Route 2 (Williston Road) and Old Stage Road South: Route 2A (St. George Road) and Old Creamery Road West: Route 2 (Williston Road) and Kennedy Drive EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JUNE 11, 2007 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) Drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
