- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Emergency Communications System (ECS) Components to include Commercial Off-the-Shelf Voice Switches and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for an independent auxilliary communications system for installation in Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs) for Navy and Marine Corps Air Traffic Facilities. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as an attachment to this notice. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price, Commercial Contract issued under FAR Part 12. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The estimated release date for the formal RFP is on or about 6 June 2007. It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper distribution of these documents will be provided. Point of Contact: Deborah D.
