- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-C, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97208, intends to issue a Request for Quotation No. W9127N-07-Q-0092, Bonneville Navigation Lock 2 Crane Boom Analysis. This contract is to perform a d esign analysis check of the boom in relation to the boom member sizes and actual welds, size and configuration, for the load ratings of the crane. The Request For Quote, RFQ, will be available on or about May 31, 1007. Tentative due date is June 13, 2007 . This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses, the size standard for which is a concern including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $4.5 million. In addition, in order to do business with the Department of Defense, contractors must enroll on the Central Contracting Register (CCR) www.ccr.gov. The solicitation is available on the FedTeDS website, use the link that is provided on FBO.
