- The work performed under this project is to Repair HVAC System under a Firm-Fixed Price Contract at Building 1227, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in accordance with the contract specifications. This acquisition will be a full and open competition with no geographical restrictions, utilizing Seal Bidding Procedures. The anticipated period of performance is not to exceed a total of 180 days. Interested responsible sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $13.0 Million (FAR 19.102). Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, Drawings, and Technical Information, will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.eps.gov on/or around 25 June 07 with a tentative closing date of 25 July 07. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Database prior to any subsequent award. CCR Registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information on CCR Registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
