- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 333512, Size Standard not to exceed 500. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7135A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective 22 Mar 07. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001) Logitech PM5 (1PM52) or Equal; Single workstation lapping and polishing machine with abrasive autofeed cylinder, requires 300mm (12 inch) platten, variable speed from 0-70 rpm with digital display. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH (CLIN 0002) Shipping and Handling QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 days from award date FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION. Offerors shall provide information on used, reconditioned, or remanufactured supplies, or unused former Government surplus property.
