- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 7 requires Mammography Services for beneficiaries of the Columbia South Carolina Veterans Medical Center. The contractor shall furnish all services, equipment and facilities in the perspective geographic location necessary to perform Mammogram Testing Services for patients located in Greenville, SC area. All perspective contractors will be able to submit proposals using either Analog or Digital Equipment to provide services. The method of reimbursement for services will be Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes. This service will be a non-personal service contract. All contractor personal performing under this contract shall remain employees or subcontractors of the contractor. This solicitation will be available on the Government's Point of Entry website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about June 8, 2007. This requirement will be for a base year plus four (4) option years. NAICS: 621512, $12.5 M.
