- Rock Crushing and Aggregate Stockpiling Quotes are being requested by the Federal Highway Administration Simplified Acquisitions Department for rock crushing and stockpiling of aggregate activity in Katmai National Park, AK. Moraine Pit, within Katmai National Park is the source for the material. Period of performance is anticipated to be between July 16, 2007 and October 31, 2007. Contractor will have to conform with several environmental protection Acts in performance of this work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212319 with an industry size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The anticipated price range for this procurement is anticipated to be >$500,000 and <$1,000,000. Solicitation No. DTFH70-07-Q-00013, Request for Quotation (RFQ), is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
