- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking firms interested in performing preventative maintenance, inspection, testing and salt replenishment for ten (10) facility water softeners located at Florence Service Processing Center, 3250 North Pinal Parkway Avenue, Florence, Arizona 85232. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision and personnel necessary to provide the services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for a base period of one-year and an option for two additional, one year option periods. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220; Size Standard is $13 Million. A site visit will be held on June 7, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the Florence Service Processing Center, 3250 North Pinal Parkway Avenue, Florence, Arizona 85232. For planning purposes, interested parties shall notify Darrell Jordan at 520-868-8454 prior to the site visit date. The closing date or response date for receipt of quotations is June 15, 2007 @ 3:30 pm, Pacific Time. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management, 24000 Avila Road, Room 3104, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities website @ www.fedbizopps.gov, for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Potential offers will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments.
