- This requirement is for tree thinning, manual release, slash treatment and related work on the High Cascades District and the Siskiyou Mountains District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals except those items, if any, listed as Government-furnished property. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 15, 2007. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system. The ORCA site can be found by going to http://www.bpn.gov and clicking on the Online Reps and Certs Application. An Oregon Farm/Forest Contractor's License and a Migrant and Season Agricultural Workers Protection Act Registration Number are required for this project.
