Solicitation SPM4A6-07-R-0732 is issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing OTHER THAN FULL and OPEN COMPETITION procedures pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)1. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1,129 each for base year only, Minimum Delivery Order Qty is 1,129 each, Maximum Delivery Order Qty is 4,515, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 4,515 each, Maximum Contract Qty per year is 9,030 each.
