- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), IT Contracting Division, Hardware, Software, and Closeout Section, Hardware Branch (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole-source contract to Electrosonic Systems, Inc., 10320 Bren Road E, Minnetonka, MN 55343-9048. This acquisition is for the upgrade and maintenance of existing audio and multi-media VTC Tandberg 6000 system. Period of performance is 1 Jun 07 - 31 May 08. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed VTC maintenance and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 31 May 07 via the following address: Helen.Billhartz@disa.mil.
