- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure Smooth Sheet Rubber Flooring (1775 linear feet) and Solvent Free Epoxy Adhesive for Rubber Flooring utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order on a Full and Open Competition basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 30 days after award of Purchase Order. Specific rubber floor and epoxy specifications will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-2003 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 15 May 2007, to close 30 days from RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 11 July 2007. Award will be made under the test program for commercial items established in FAR 13.5. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.
