- The General Services Administration currently leases 18,604 rentable square feet of office space with 8 parking spaces in Inglewood, CA. GSA intends to negotiate a ten (15) years, ten (10) years firm succeeding lease with the current location. GSA, however, will consider other buildings provided they meet the criteria in this announcement and can prove overall cost effectiveness when considering relocation costs of furniture and telecommunications, tenant improvements and other factors. Any other buildings to be considered must be located within the following delineated area: North ? Florence Ave., right on Brynhurst, left on 75th Place, right on Victoria Avenue, left on 79th Street, left on 8th Avenue, right on 76th Street. South ? Imperial Highway, right on Prarie Avenue, left on Century Boulevard, right on Cienega Boulevard East ? Van Ness Avenue West ? Aviation Boulevard, back on to Florence Avenue The space should yield approximately 13,476 BOMA usable square feet. Surface parking is required for three (3) vehicles. The proposed lease should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 8, 2007.
