- REQUIREMENTS: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 2,885 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space and 4 parking spaces in the Houston, Texas area. The Federal Government will occupy the space. LEASE TERMS: The terms of the lease shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. LOCATION: Sites which are located directly within the following boundaries North: 610 Loop, South: Memorial Drive, East: I-45, West: T.C. Jester. SUBMITTAL: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square foot; 4) Common area factor availab le space; 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to contact and evidence of authority to represent the owner; 6) RSF for as is space and any standard TIs offered, Written responses are required not later than May 21, 2007; verbal responses will not be considered. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no events shall the offerer enter in negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
