- The Regional Contracting Office- NE, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the purchase and installation of three HVAC systems and the maintence of these and 19 additional HVAC systems upon Marine Corps Base Quantico. The period of performance is one base year with four 12-month option periods. The specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The release of the solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This is a small business set aside competitive requirement; NAICS code 238220. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review the referenced web link frequently for updates on this site. Potential off erors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. Phone calls will not be accepted by the contact listed for questions regarding the solicitation.
