Description
The Synopsis is amended to correct the solicitation number to read N00104-07-R-D028 instead of N00104-07-D-D028. The NAVICP, Mechanicsburg intends to negotiate a one-year requirements contract with two one-year options for the repair and refurbishment of an estimated 204 packs (6 assemblies/pack)per year of the Sidewinder Guidance and Control Section Optical Gyro Subassembly (MPB Part no 880031-811), NSN 7H 1420-01-223-0800 from Timken Super Precision, Keene, NH on an other than full and open competition basis. The work involves access to classified material, therefore the contractor shall be required to have and maintain proper facility and pe rsonnel clearances up to the confidential level. Responsible sources with proper clearances may identify their interest and capability to perform the requirement in writing no later than 30 days from date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the government. Any firm believing they can meet the requirements stated above may provide documentation to include brochures and/or literature that show they can meet the requirements.
