- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Micro Focus Application Server Licenses on or before 3 May 2007. Only those vendors who are an authorized reseller of Micro Focus products shall submit a quote; no other quotes will be evaluated. Item 0001 is Micro Focus Application Server for Server Express Test License V4.0 for PSeries Running AIX 5.1/5.2/5.3 64 Bit Server License (CPU) 2 CPUs 1 Core and is for a quantity of 5 each. Item 0002 is Micro Focus Application Server for Server Express Disaster Recovery V4.0 for PSeries Running AIX 5.1/5.2/5.3 64 Bit Server License (CPU) 2 CPUs 1 Core and is for a quantity of 4 each. The ship to for the licenses is NAVSISA, Rey Mennitto, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Request for Quotes are due by COB 3:00 p.m. on 2 May 2007 to Deborah J.
