- The Specialty Center Contracts, Core, NFESCW Code RAQN0 for the Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC) is seeking labor, materials, facilities, and services necessary to engineer, fabricate, and deliver NAVMOOR Mooring Anchors. This procurement is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard number of employees is 500. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal, confirming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government in terms price, past performance and other non-price related factors. The solicitation will be available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents and amendments thereto will be posted on the FEDBIZ http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.and on the NAVFAC-E-Solicitation website at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. The Solicitation will be available for review on the website on or around 15 May 2007; the closing date will be thirty days after posting. It shall be the contractor?s responsibility to check the websites for any amendments. Qualified parties are required to register for the solicitation at the NAVFAC E-Solicitation website. The Contractor is required to register with the Department of Defense Central Contractor Register (CCR). No contract award will be made to any contractor that is not already registered or in the process of registering.
