- Description
- The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to SunView Software, Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The acquisition will consist of technical support for five named users for ChangeGear 2.0 Enterprise Bundle, eighteen concurrent user licenses for ChangeGear 2.0 Enterprise Bundle and one ChangeGear Configuration Management Database License. The applicable NAICS code is 511199. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00pm MST, Monday, May 7, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
