Description

Solicitation Number W912HZ-07-T-0028 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 532490 (SIC 7359) with a size standard of $6,500,000.00. The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center ERDC Vicksburg, MS will be conducting fligh t testing with the C-17 aircraft at field test sites in support of the C-17 Semi-Prepared Runway Operations II (SPRO II) Program. A critical component of this testing is to evaluate the ability of the aircraft to stop on wet surfaces. In order to complet e this testing, the equipment listed below is required to be delivered to the two test sites and picked up from the tests sites upon completion. The tests will be conducted according to the following schedule: a. Fort McCoy, Wisconsin 17 June  30 July 2007 b. Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 3 August  30 September 2007 (Please see detailed specifications) OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO QUOTE ON ALL OR PART OF THE ITEMS REQUESTED.
