- Description
- The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for a twelve (12) month maintenance support and 500 hours of technical support serv ices for REDCOM IGX-C MSU Software (eleven licenses) (REDCOM Public Branch Exchanges (PBX) boxes). All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required software subscription may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days from date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: US Army, CE-LCMC, Software Engineering Center, ATTN: AMSEL-SE-WS-COM, Rittko Avenue, Bldg 1210, Fort Monmouth, NJ. 07703 ATTN: Jackie Boulos. The software maintenance shall be delivered within five (5) days from award date. The anticipated award date is 10 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offeror s must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. A written solicitation will not be issued. All requests for information must be made in writing or e-mail to Susie Shupe, Procurement Assistant, at susie.shupe@us.army.mil or Peggy Melanson, Con tracting Officer, at peggy.melanson@us.army.mil. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
