- The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a five-year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract, sole source action directed to Rugged Inform ation Technology Equipment Corp. (RITEC) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, for the acquisition of upgraded Line Printers (LPs), NSN 7025-01-487-8979, part number 2001300-009, associated cables, NSN 6150-01-522-6839, part number 990041 8-009, thermal paper, NSN 7530-01-488-4550, part number 9900455-001, and upgrade, overhaul, and repair services in support of the AN/TPQ-37 Firefinder Radar System, with an ordering ceiling of $5M. The Government does not possess the Technical Data Packag e (TDP) for the LP; it is proprietary to RITEC. The Government cannot entertain the acquisition of a new configuration in the field at this time. The assigned solicitation number is W15P7T-07-R-M003. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation is 11 May 2007. The anticipated closing date is 11 June 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
