- Description
- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command plans to procure 74 each Mast Mounted Assembly (MMA) Containers, NSN 8145-01-444-4217, on an other than full and open competition basis. The Government plans to procure the 74 each MMA containers as sole sou rce from Longbow Limited Liability (LBL) Company, 5600 West Sand Lake Road, MP 125, Orlando, FL 32819 in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 entitled 'Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Req uirements.' LBL is the only qualified source for the MMA Container for the Apache Helicopter. A technical data package suitable for full and open competition is not available within the Government for this procurement. IAW law and regulation, any contracto r who expresses written interest in this sole source requirement will receive full consideration.
