- Description
- The U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is seeking sources to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services sought for Paladin software development efforts. The effort covers IV&V activities associated with the development of Paladin embedded tactical software, and support software, including third party products, test tools, downloading devices, and trainers. ???Third party??? products include the NATO Armaments Ballistics Kernel NABK), Fire Support Message Software (FSMS), and Ground Tactical Communications Server (GTCS). Test tools include the Communications Processor Test Tool (CPTT), the Dynamic Reference Unit Hybrid ??? Emulator (DRUH-E), and the System Test Tool. The High-Speed Downloader (HSD) software and PC Trainer (PCT) software are also covered. The Government intends to award on a GSA schedule. Award is anticipated for June 2007.
