- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-R-0044, and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. This procuremen t will be 100% set aside for small business, NAICS: 532112, size standard: $23.5 MIL. Responses should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, 12 Month Lease of a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle requested is the Chevrolet Suburban due t o its increased force protection capabilities and potential for off road use. The vehicle must be black with grey interior. Also the second row must be bucket seats. The vehicle will also transport additional personnel as desired by the customer, to acc ompany him on local travel. The vehicle will be driven approximately 10,000 miles and because of communications requirements for the customer, a rear communications system will need to be installed. Additionally, the vehicle must have tinted windowsthis requirement is due to security requirements needed as the customer travels throughout the National Capital Region (NCR); CLIN 0002, 1 EA, Personal Property Tax for licensing the vehicle in Virginia. Provide with quote standard commercial warranty informat ion.
