- Request for Information (RFI) Space Threat Assessment Testbed (STAT) AMENDMENT 05 Attached please find the draft Program Management Plan (PMP) for the Space Threat Assessment Testbed (STAT). This documents the agreement between Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) and the OSD Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) office for the execution of the STAT program. Italicized sections of the PMP detail the required format of the document and the CTEIP expectations for each paragraph and section. These are left in for ease of review. In some sections, the STAT program team discussed items, but did not devise a final solution. Our discussions topics are provided to help clarify the direction we?re investigating. Comments or additional information/experiences (i.e. what worked, what didn?t, what risks are involved with various alternatives) are appreciated. Some sections in this document refer to the STAT acquisition strategy. Please note that this is a DRAFT document and more program assessments and reviews will be required before that strategy is finalized and approved Once approved, the final strategy will be presented in a draft Request For Proposal (RFP). Please read and be prepared to discuss the PMP at the 15-16 May Industry Days at Arnold AFB, TN. A draft agenda was sent earlier.
