- The combined synopsis/solicitation number VA-241-07-RQ-0089 issued on 4/19/2007 to conduct cleaning of the Veterans Affairs Community Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at One Corporate Place Middletown, RI (Newport County) is amended as follows: 1. Add to item 2 of the scope of work Weekly: Vacuum Carpets and change item 4 of the scope of work to read As needed vice Quarterly. 2. A site visit/walk through is hereby scheduled for Tuesday May 1, 2007 at 9:00 AM in order to provide an opportunity for quoters to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Attendance is not required however in no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Any offeror planning to attend should contact Mr. Dan Walker at (401) 457-3033 no later than 4:00 PM April 30, 2007. 3. The date for receipt of offers has been extended to May 7, 2007 at 3:00 PM EST. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
