- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), no. 0124-602107. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for: Two (2) new 2007 mid-size sports utility vehicles One (1) new 2007 sports utility vechicle This RFQ is limited to Japanese model vehicles. The lack of undeveloped infrastructure and specifically undeveloped road systems enhances the vehicle?s maintenance requirements above the norm and auto service shops in Haiti are predominately for Japanese-made vehicles. Therefore, Japanese model vehicles will decrease the time that the car is not operational if damage or breakdown occurs. Specifications: (4) Four doors, automatic transmission, V6, (6) six cylinder engine, four wheel drive (FWD), colors: grey or green, fuel: regular unleaded gas. Interested vendors shall submit pricing as well as technical specifications which shall include all standard options. Offerors shall state their standard warranty they offer in their response to the RFQ. Delivery to U.S. Despatch Agent, 7789 NW 48th St. Bldg H, Suite 250, Miami, Florida 33166; telephone 305-640-4574, fax 305-715,3502. The contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with the freight forwarder. Note: POC: Elizabeth Pratt. Purchase order must be marked on the outside of the packing container. Note: Pricing MUST include pre-paid shipping - surface. Packaging, packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Haiti without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami. Award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the Government? requirements. Non-cost factors are approximately equal to cost or price.
