- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to TeleAtlas North America, Inc., 11 Lafayette Street, Lebanon, NH 03766. The acquisition is for the annual renewal of licenses fee for the usage of nationwide geospatial data for the period of twelve (12) months. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with TeleAtlas North American under the the test program describes in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5 and under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for TeleAtlas North America. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1(Jan 2006) Instruction to Offerors-Commecial Items; 52-212-3(June 2006) Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52-212-4(Sep 2005)Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52-212-5(June 2006) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Solicitation or a Request for Quotation (RFQ) are not available. Closing date is May 31, 2007 at 12:00PM EST. See note 22.
