- Description: See numbered notes: 1, 9, AND 26. NSN 2540-01-435-8208 ? Bow, Vehicular Top, being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12460216-1 and all related data. This item requires a contractor First Article Test (FAT). The total quantity required is 5000 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. There is also an option for up to 5000 additional units and the solicitation request incremental pricing for quantities up to 10,000 units. FOB destination is requested. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 5/14/07, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date via e-mail to cddwgs@dscc.dla.mil or via voice mail to our 24-hour request line at 614-692-2344. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business HUBZone concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The required delivery is for 5000 each to be delivered in 195 days with first article test (FAT) required and 5000 each in 120 days if FAT is waived.
