- The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia will be seeking firms or Faith Based organizations capable of developing and delivering Faith-Based Reintegration Services for selected criminal offenders in Washington D.C.. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies to facilitate and coordinate Faith-Based Reintegration Services. These services will include but is not limited to: Outreach, Recruitment, and Retention of Faith Institutions and Mentors; Training of Program Coordinators/Mentors; Coordination of Cluster Council Activities; Mentor/Mentee Management and Service Referrals; Mentor Program Coordination and Supervision. The Request for Proposal will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on April 30. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website site. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of the solicitation and up-to-date information on this acquisition. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed priced contract with a period of performance of a base period plus four one year option periods. The place of performance for the resulting contract will be in the District of Columbia. Prospective Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) provided by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN). Each Offeror must complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov prior to the proposal submittal date only if online Representations and Certifications were submitted or updated in ORCA within the last year. Failures to provide, submit, or update Representation and Certifications in an ORCA could result in the Offeror?s proposal being identified as non ?responsive and not available for contract award selection.
