- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking a contractor to provide the evaluation of calls that come into the Customer Contact Center (CCR) from participants. The quality of these calls will be evaluated on specific criteria set forth by the PBGC. The contractor will provide an evaluation of the quality of the services provided on calls received at the Contact Center. All interested parties may respond to the attached Statement of Work on or before June 8, 2007 and should include sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. All quotes shall reference solicitation No. PBGC01-RQ-07-0095.
