- The Armed Forces Retirement Home is located along the coast of Mississippi, 1800 Beach Drive, Gulfport,Mississippi positioning it between two major cities: Biloxi, Mississippi and New Orleans, Louisiana. The Contractor must provide all design, management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and must plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all design and construction, and to manage the expectations of the GSA and AFRH. The Contractor will perform the design and construction in accordance with the request for proposal, design specifications, drawings, and the provisions of the of the firm fixed-price contract.
