- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has a requirement for technical support in developing and maintaining financial databases and financial analytical models. Tasks include developing new OCC financial analytical tools, maintaining existing OCC models and databases, researching and documenting logic of existing OCC models, developing training materials and participating in training OCC staff in use of new databases and models, interacting with OCC IT as a technical liaison, creating databases that allow the collection of bank financial data, the generation of standardized reports and the ability to ad hoc query information concerning OCC resource usage. The following is representative of the technical knowledge deemed necessary to perform these tasks: national banking laws, rules and regulations; national bank examination procedures; regulatory reporting requirements; risk based capital, including basic understanding of BASEL 1A and BASEL II; credit analytics; Visual Objects programming; Report Pro; Access; C+ programming; SQL database programming; and KMV machine. This requirement is set-aside 100% for participation by small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 541990. The size standard is $6.5 million. A competitive Request for Proposals will be posted to this site on or about June 8, 2007.
