- Bureau of Land Management, California Desert District Office, pursuant to the Federal Interagency Communication Center (FICC), to which it is a signature with three other Federal Agencies, U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs, support this interagency dispatch center. One of the key elements of this requirement is a connection to computerized criminal history data link between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), National Law Enforcement Telecommunication System, local county data link that provides access to the Department of Justice law enforcement data base referred to as the California Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems (CLETS) Services requirement should include wireless data communications to field mobile data computers mounted in law enforcement, fire, and other technial specialist vehicles.
