- The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), intends to provide Technical and Functional Real Property Support utilizing100% Small Businesses Set-Aside competit ion Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 procedures to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror and shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested small businesses that are certified and qualifie d as a small business concern in NAICS code 518210 with a size standard of $23.0 million are encouraged to submit their quotes. A Firm-Fixed Price single award is intended to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantage ous to the Government. The Period of Performance for the base year is 12 months, after award of contract with 4 Option periods, each for 12 months. A written request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted on 25 May 2007. The question & answer session will close on 30 May @ 16:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Answers will be posted on 01 June 2007. The RFQ closing date is 5 J une 2007. For purposes of timely submission, the late quote provision in FAR 52.212-1 (f) shall apply. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to this website Contractors are caution ed to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be complied. The Government reserves the right to evaluate quotes and award the contract on initial quotes without conducting discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions with Offeror(s) and to request revised quotes.
