- THIS NOTICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED (25 MAY 2007). Air Force District of Washington Acquisition Division, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition purchase order to Northwest Territorial Mint, LLC (NWT). NWT is a veteran owned small business and will provide distinctive organizational coins and personlized coins for the Secretary (SECAF), the Under Secretary (USECAF), the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force (SAF/AA), the Chief of Staff (CSAF), the Vice Chief of Staff (VCSAF), the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff (CVA) and the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force (CCC) as special trophies and awards for limited distribution to Air Force personnel for mission accomplishment, continuing contributions or a single achievement. MWT has indepth familiarity with this process and has an excellent history of past performance delivering this type of service. Therefore, NWT is the suggested source to fulfill this requirement. This acquisition will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price award. The award will be made on or about 31 May 07. The NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 33999, and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is not to exceed 500 employees. This is a Fiscal Year 2007 requirement and is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, (Apr 1984). No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
