- Description
- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) located in Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source purchase with Citation - Clinical Labeling Systems, 155 Sherwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735. The Contractor shall provide specialized labels that are covered under United States Patent 5,775,735, to be used in clinical trials at the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research, Clinical Research Coordinating Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to provide this product. Consideration to be included on this purchase will be solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Citation.
