Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete technical reports, technical drawings, cost estimates, and specifications including services throughout construction of the project for the FCA Electrical Distribution Upgrade Phase II at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Memphis, TN 38104. Construction Cost range is $1,000,000- $5,000,000. Area of consideration is a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF330 no later than 1:00pm (CST) June 25, 2007. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded NAICS is 238210. Contract subject to the availability of FY 07 funds. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firms with similar type projects; (3) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Location of A/E firm: (5) Experience and roles of keys design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost Control and estimating effectivness.
