Description
This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAIC code is 237130 and the Size Standard is $31.0M. Installation of a Government furnished Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS) at the Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR) located in Cummington, MA. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Installation of a Government furnished new UPS, maintenance bypass switch, load bank, battery rack, controls and accessories (100VA, 208V, 3PH.) 2. Provide and install new wall mounted three ton air conditioner. 3. Refinish walls in area of UPS installation as detailed in the Specifications and on the Drawings, 4. Provide and install new "Critical" panel for facility This installation will require relocating several circuits around the facility. 5. Install grounding system for new UPS system and tie into existing facility grounding system. 6. Provide all temporary services required for construction. 7. Clean up and restore site to its original condition after the work has been completed. All work is listed in the Specifications and Drawings. Performance period is forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No Liquidated Damages will be assessed. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about the week of June 18, 2007. Contractor must provide references showing that during the past 5 years they have successfully completed a minimum of one installation of a Un-interruptible Power Source (UPS) as the prime contractor. References must be submitted with your offer. Failure to submit references may result in your offer being rejected as non-responsive. There is a $100.00 non-refundable fee required for this solicitation package. All checks must be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing, include a check and mailed to Maureen Gross , FAA, 12 New England Executive Park, Burlington, MA 01803.
