- This procurement is 100% total small business set aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment and supplies to modify 18 FAA Central Region Facilities in accordance with the Statement of Work and the documents attached hereto. The period of performance on this requirement is 90 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. During regular facility inspections, the Airway Facilities Operations Branch, ACE-470, identified occupational safety and electrical code compliance issues in need of abatement. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) references each of the eighteen findings from these inspections. Each Finding is described in a uniquely numbered Safety Abatement Engineering Project document that also contains a respective engineering recommendation for resolution. The modifications reflected in the performance work statement are required to bring the affected Central Region facilities into compliance with current OSHA and NEC standards, and thereby provide a safer work environment for personnel employed at these sites. Please note that the FAA e-mail server restricts file size to 10MB per e-mail, therefore responses may have to be submitted in more than one e-mail in order to be received.
