- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to procure on a sole source basis with PI Group in Potomac, Md, as a result the Contractor will assist NVLAP to determine if NSA/NIST NIAP directorship desires a continuation of the CCT LAP and has the technical expertise to provide the support necessary to maintain it at the required level of quality and transparency required by NVLAP participation. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes (RFQ) and a RFQ will not be issued. However, if an interested party has reason to believe it can meet or exceed this requirement they may submit sufficient documentation to support their claim of capability.
