Description

The Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts intends to negotiate a sole source contract with IBM for a 1 Engine z/VM Version 5 software license and one year of subscription and support. Also included is a license and one year of support for software products DirMaint, RACF, and Performance ToolKit. The AO believes that IBM is the only source capable of providing these licenses and software support. The period of performance for the software support is expected to be twelve months from date of award. All interested parties who believe they meet the requirements of this notice should fully explain their capabilities and qualifications in writing within 15 days from the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any source(s) exist. The RFQ is NOT available to the public. Consequently, any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will not be honored. EMAIL RESPONSE ONLY.
