- Per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 5.101, this serves as the GSA, Miami Service Center electronic posting for a proposed contract action between $10,000 and $25,000. This project is being advertised as a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 238310. Competitive quotes are being requested from all eligible Small Businesses. The awardee contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible to receive award, as well as have their company information listed in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Contractors shall visit www.ccr.gov to register and www.orca.bpn.gov to register for CCR and ORCA, respectively. The solicitation will be available in electronic form only. Please include your full address, telephone number, and DUNS number for verification of proper NAICS code on your ORCA contractor profile. While award will be made based on price, awardee may be asked to submit past performance data. The Government reserves the right to award on initial quotes; however, if necessary, discussions may be necessary to obtain fair and reasonable price. Award is anticipated to be made mid May 2007.
