Description

NAICS Code 561720. Custodial and Related Services at the U.S. Post Office/Courthouse in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to provide custodial services. The total building rentable area is 48,709 SF of which 11,487 SF is currently vacant. Work to be performed in U.S. Postal space, U.S. District Court space, office space, restroom and public use space and outside grounds. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Anticipated contract period is August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008. Please note: This building is considered excess property by the Government and is currently in the process of disposal. The final disposal date is unknown at this time. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on June 7, 2007, with offers due on June 25, 2007. Anticipated award date is July 2, 2007. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
