- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote W15P7T-07-Q-D250. The packaging will be packed B as defined in MIL-STD-2073-1. Level B packing provides protection required to meet moderate wor ldwide shipment, handling and storage conditions. A level B pack must, in conjunction with applied method of preservation, be capable of protecting materiel not directly exposed to extremes of climate, terrain or operational environments.
