- This is a presolicitation notice for a commercial item. Separate-written solicitation and attachments will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or after May 24. The agency requires the contractor to provide non-personal services, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform asbestos/lead-based paint sampling, testing and analysis at various US Army Locations Okinawa, Japan. Note: This requirement will be entirely performed in Okinawa,Japan. Award can be made to firms licensed to operate in the country of Japan.
