- . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 335311, Size Standard not to exceed 750 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD7127A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective 26 Mar 07. The Government intends to award the following or its equivalent (CLIN 0001) Powerware 9315-80KVA UPS, 208/480 step up transformer, 480 Volt Input & 208 Volt Output, bypass switch, battery cabinet & new battery system, includes delivery, deinstall existing Chloride 75KVA model EDP400 UPS and remove with riggers from premise, reinstall refurbished Powerware 9315-80KVA UPS system, restart recalibration, enviromentally safe disposal, travel and a 3 year full Service Agreement. Refurbished acceptable and/or equal product. QUANTITY: 1 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: July 6, 2007, FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
