Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0184 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16, effective 22 March 2007 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (http://farsite.hill.af.mil). (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485510 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. (v) The Contractor shall provide the following items: One (1) each 44 passenger (minimum) bus with driver for the purpose of providing 24-hour shuttle service to/from Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, to/from downtown hotel location and/or local airport. Period of performance shall be 18 June 2007 through 29 June 2007. (vi) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
